Enterprise sales workers
The Bay Area’s tech industry commonly brings to mind software developers and engineers. Yet the tech industry also supports a robust set of occupations in sales, particularly the sale of IT goods and services. Like software developers, sales jobs can today be done from anywhere with an internet connection and phone service. Given that the occupation’s average salary teeters on the edge of the mid and high pay range, the outlook for enterprise sales workers is difficult to predict.
